Complaint: Why do we always have to be so darn positive about our colleagues when asked for feedback?
Recommendation from the Radio Operator of Ship of Fools: use some controlled folly like,
“I can assure you that no person would be better fitting”, when providing feedback on a space cadet, the creative artist and blissful soul.
“I would urge you to waste no time in making this colleague a colleague of yours”, when providing feedback on a fart, the purest survival instincts of the personalities.
“All in all, I cannot say enough good things about this colleague or recommend her/him too highly. And it is my pleasure to do so”, when providing feedback on a do-gooder catching the flow of energies and the wave of change.
