Satir workshops are action based and instructional programs, but we claim no affiliations with universities or schools, other than our affiliation with Satir Systems, making certification a possibility. In general, workshop participants do not earn academic credits and Satir Workshops does not guarantee academic credit of any sort upon completion of its workshops.

Satir Workshops facilitators

Satir workshops facilitators are individual contracters and as such we make no guarantee of the qualifications of its facilitators. We do our best to screen the people we work with in leading our workshops and preview all content and prerun all workshops (at least twice, in an alpha and a beta release) before offering our workshops to the public.

Workshop participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satir Workshops, its facilitators, agents and affiliates from any and all claims arising from the actions of its facilitators.

Refund/Transfer policy

We believe you will be satisfied with the content of our workshops. In the event that you are unhappy with the content provided, please contact us. You will be given the option to transfer to another workshop or receive a refund, minus registration processing fees. No transfers or refunds will be allowed beyond 5 days after the first day of any workshop. Refunds are sent within 60 days of cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for weekend workshops once the workshop has begun, unless the participant experienced technical problems prohibiting his or her participation in the workshop.

If you are a private person – not a company or organisation, we can give you the option of paying afterwards and/or in parts.

Conduct

There is a zero tolerance policy against flaming in Satir workshops. Flaming constitutes harsh criticism, painful ridicule, or any language used to debase or slander a person or group of people. Any person flaming will be subject to immediate removal from the workshop without refund or transfer. Participants and facilitators who fail to adhere to this guideline may be permanently banned from the Satir workshops community.

Participants and facilitators may not solicit goods or services within a workshop, or use participant names and email addresses for any reason other than to conduct normal Satir workshop activities. A participant may be removed from a workshop without refund if that participant is found to be distributing unwanted advertising (spam) to other participants.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satir workshops, its facilitators, agents and affiliates from any claims arising from the actions of other participants.

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is over the internet. However, if you would like to pay by bank transfer for your workshop fee, that is possible. Please send the required amount along with a note including your full name, email address and the title and starting date of the workshop you are enrolling in, to
