Making Good Teams Great and Stimulate Team Success workshops

Diana Larsen will present the following workshops sponsored by Trifork in January --

"Making Good Teams Great: Improving Project Performance with Retrospectives" workshop
    Jan 14-15, Aarhus, Denmark
Retrospectives offer the greatest lever for improving any software development project or process—based on the solid data of a team’s immediate past experience of success and failure. Through Retrospectives teams systematically evaluate their own performance, explore their lessons learned, expand their capacity and capability, and choose how to improve the way they build and deliver products to your customers. For best results, smart teams and organizations convene Retrospectives iteratively throughout the project and again after delivery.

"Stimulate Team Success: Inspecting and Adapting Management Skills for Agile Projects" workshop
    Jan 17-18, Aarhus, Denmark
In Agile work environments smart people work in teams to self-organize their work and produce higher quality results faster and more reliably. Management’s traditional focus on closely monitoring, supervising, controlling, and tracking individuals and their work no longer serves business needs as it once did. Yet Agile methods don’t eliminate the role of management. What’s left for a manager to do? Plenty! The savvy manager shifts focus from controlling work to facilitating it, easing the flow to higher productivity. Agile managers perform new roles.

Open for new information, closed for leakage...

We took a draconian measure: we've disabled the trackback module and deleted 192.282 trackbacks. Why? We experienced a flood of trackback spam. You could no longer read some pages - with all the spam that gets attached to a page it simply takes too long to load.

We apologize if we deleted your non-spam trackback, sifting through almost 200.000 trackbacks to find a handul of non-spam ones is not feasible.
