How to hold our space as facilitators?

The below guides were discovered and worded on our agile facilitation and coaching adventures sofar. Let's hope we can keep what works alive and cross train and gain more such abundance (and celebrate more successes of course!) And by all means, let's keep using our own critical judgement in congruence.

Making a point

Do we regularly enough consider the state of our resources, attitudes (ethics) and established themes/goals?
Do we focus on what is there instead of what isn't? (Because we seem to need only the smallest achievement as an excuse for partying ;-)

Managing our own change processes
  • We do not do Big Design Up Front, we do identify things we wish to delete from/change in/add to our backpacks, and we actually pack our bags in time - before we leave.
  • We evaluate choices we have, check for resonances, and make our own choices using our own critical judgement.
