Hole In The Floor model
- Initially created for a presentation by Phil Stubbington, then improved with feedback for the blog article "small change" by Willem.
- Phil Stubbington gave the idea and suggestions for the Diffusion model of change incorporating "change sugar" and "tea of destiny" so we can all drink sweet tea, by drinking of which we merrily enter into a wonderful new future. Phil fed back after his presentation that the drawings drew laughs and that people did seem to pick up on why I chose to use "naieve" art. Even more, his whole presentation, which of course included much much more than these drawings, was considered to be "thought provoking".
- Becky Winant sent the idea for the Squeeze and the Jumpy model.
- The other change models are mentioned in Jerry Weinberg's system thinking books.
