On behalf of the Virginia Satir Global Network (formerly Avanta), I am writing to invite you to attend an intimate special event we are sponsoring this August. Our Satir Innovations Forum will take place on August 22-24 at a beautiful retreat center in Litchfield, Connecticut.

This forum is designed to gather people touched by the work of Virginia Satir, and also people from other traditions and communities who share a commitment to create human systems filled with possibilities for these times. We envision a kind of family reunion of people who are deeply related through their work building and healing human systems that work for everyone.
What innovations have you created or seen in your work with human systems? With individuals? With groups? Locally? Globally? What puzzles are you seeking to solve?
We know there are many traditions doing this needed work in the world today. Our hope is to link people working at all levels of human systems, regardless of the tradition or “school” they come from. Our intent is to host a space where people who share this commitment can meet, share, grow together, and then go do our respective work with added insight and helpfulness.
