How to hold our space as facilitators? The below guides were discovered and worded on our agile facilitation and coaching adventures sofar. Let's hope we can keep what works alive and cross train and gain more such abundance (and celebrate more successes of course!) And by all means, let's keep using our own critical judgement in congruence.

Making a point Do we regularly enough consider the state of our resources, attitudes (ethics) and established themes/goals? Do we focus on what is there instead of what isn't? Managing our own change processes We do not do Big Design Up Front, we do identify things we wish to delete from/change in/add to our backpacks, and we actually pack our bags in time - before we leave. Surfing chaos Is our confidence in providing the physical resources that support success of open space workshops, even in chaos, improving? Do we all guard "having and making choices" for ourselves, life and others?	0	0	niet beschikbaar
What is agile enough?
