Have you ever been in a complex situation where a
diverse group of people need to find an answer to a potentially
conflicting topic?
Do you need a tool for groups to discuss issues in an open way,
allowing every member of the group to speak their mind and heart?
Do you need help in situations when a change is required but no one
knows where to go?
We invite you to attend the
International Training in Open Space
Technology "Open minds & ways of
thinking for the needs of young adults in Europe"
The training is designed for people working with young
adults in the field of education and are interested in the open space
technology. It is a remarkable tool and best used in situations when you
want to:
invite people to get to know each other, create a network, research
on the resources in a group
help people, who feel passion and personal responsibility for a
topic, to create and get involved into open discussions about ideas for
future action
reflect upon and learn from a process or happening that a group
together goes through
look into the future
promotes self-determined learning and self organised working in an
enjoyable work environment
promotes creativity, freedom and fun
it works well with 5 people or even 2000
The training is organised by Growing Into Life in cooperation with
Adults' Education Association Krakow, Poland. It takes place from
Thursday, February 28th until Thursday, March 6th 2008 at the Centre
"Podgrodzie" in Nowe Warpno, Poland.
The deadline for registration to the training is October 25th 2007
with the online form which you can find on our website.
Financial support
is available for this training within European Commission’s “Lifelong
Learning Programme – Grundtvig”. The
deadline for
application there is
October, 31st
2007. You can find funding details on our
